Connecting Courier Partners

Menu → Couriers lists SoftuneBD’s Bangladesh courier partners on one screen. You can connect Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, and eCourier with your own merchant accounts today. Paperfly, Sundarban, Carrybee, SA Paribahan, and PandaGo appear on the same roster. Like Payments, Courier is Included by Default on the Add-Ons page - not one of the 25 optional Add-Ons.

Connect a partner

• 1. Open Menu → Couriers
• 2. Choose a partner you can connect today - Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, or eCourier
• 3. Enter the API credentials SoftuneBD requests
• 4. Save and confirm SoftuneBD verifies and shows the partner as connected
• 5. Keep order status in SoftuneBD in sync with how you fulfill outside the dashboard

Day-to-day fulfillment

• Open the order in Orders
• Confirm address and phone
• Book or hand off with your connected courier using their tools or SoftuneBD’s handoff when available for that partner
• Update SoftuneBD order status honestly after the courier accepts the parcel
