Site Settings → Shipping is where SoftuneBD stores shipping locations - the places your store serves. Keep this list aligned with Courier coverage and COD reality.
Configure locations
- 1. Open Settings → Site Settings
- 2. Open the Shipping section
- 3. Add locations you deliver to today
- 4. Remove or disable areas you no longer cover
- 5. Save SoftuneBD settings
- 6. Place a test checkout for an in-coverage and out-of-coverage address if SoftuneBD enforces that boundary
Keep Locations and Courier in sync
If SoftuneBD shows a city as shippable but your courier partner does not cover it, customers will order and you will fail delivery. Update shipping locations whenever you expand or shrink coverage.
